Can I save these pans?

In the last years I received a stainless steel Scanpan and a small DeBuyer skillet. I've tried using the Scanpan but I never got to season it properly, and stuff would always stick. It's now very discolored and I'm never using it. I didn't really have use for the DeBuyer when I got it. So I kinda forgot about it. I would now like to use it, but is has also discolored.
