Converting Conventional oven temps/cooking time to Convection?

So every year on the holidays I bake a bunch of holiday treats such as various cookies, breads, etc. Typically I do this at home. But this year I'll be using my restaurant kitchen after we close for the night since it'll be easier to do in bulk rather than at home. However, all of my recipes are for home conventional ovens. How do I convert that to the restaurants? convection ovens. E.g. if a recipe calls to bake something at 350 for 45 minutes, how would I go about converting that? submitted by /u/VitaAeterna [link] [comments]
