Cooked chicken breast still pink?

I'm trying to make some juicy chicken breast for a salad but i always end up making them dry. Right now they're pretty juicy, but i'm worried they're undercooked?? They've been cooking for ages now and still look kinda pink but they taste fine...help? submitted by /u/tiredmars [link] [comments]
