Electric Outdoor Grill?
Condo living here, can't get charcoal/propane on my balcony. Unfortunately. I like a good sear/char on my meat. Sure I can throw it on my carbon steel and toss it in the oven but it's going to smoke my place out. Would I be able to replicate it on an electric outdoor grill? I'm liking the idea that I don't have to worry about the smoke and airing out of my place because it's starting to get colder.
