Grazing table for 100 people - quantities?
I need to setup a cheese/charcuterie grazing table for 100 people at an event. The event is a wine tasting and runs from 6:30-9pm. It's open bar so people will be drinking a lot. A cursory google suggests 3oz of cheese per person plus meat. But as it's only for a couple of hours and some people will be having dinner afterwards would that change the quantities? It's a charity event and I am a volunteer so it doesn't need to be to a professional standard and people will be a bit more forgiving, but I would love a ballpark of quantities as I have never provided food for this many people before. submitted by /u/redshoes [link] [comments]
