Homemade vanilla extract too pale?
I started this vanilla extract in January of 2022, it’s now end of October 2022 and it still seems very pale? I split the beans lengthwise and added 3 of them to just 80 proof vodka and it seems so pale compared to others I’ve seen after half the time.
