How long to Sous Vide a 12 lb boneless rib roast?

I already seasoned and bagged my roast last night, and will brown it on my gas grill when I take it out of the bath before serving. I already know the temp I want is 135, but after reading countless recipes, I cant seem to find consistent cooking time recommendations. We want to eat about 7:30, and the suggested times seem to range from 4 to 10 hours, and I even found a few 20+ hour recipes! How long is "too long" here? When should I start it?
