My creme brulee did not completely set overnight in fridge?

I'm still very new at making creme brulee-- I put a batch in the fridge overnight and it looks like it didn't completely set. The middle is still a little wobbly. Will the consistency still be okay or should I just pitch this batch? submitted by /u/lazyconfessions [link] [comments]
