Peppermint bark fix

I was on my fourth batch of peppermint bark, and when I had tempered and spread the white chocolate, I had to turn away for a moment to deal with an emergency, and in the 15-30 seconds it took me to get back, it had solidified too much for the topping to properly stick. I can't for the life of me think of a way to fix this, since warming it up would mess with the tempering, and anything I can think of to use as glue would add too much additional sweetness or a weird flavor that doesn't match. Does anyone have any thoughts? I'd prefer not to just leave it off, because my candies are my main presents to family this year. Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/molly_the_mezzo [link] [comments]
