Received a gift of Amish bread through the mail that has been at room temp 5 days

I am not familiar with how long sweet bread type things taste good after being at room temp. This bread *looks* fine. The loaves are individually in gallon ziplock bags. I received it and put them straight into freezer until I get some opinions. Does the quality really deteriorate after so many days? Is this the kind of thing that you would serve to guests? Would you personally consider it a food safety issue? submitted by /u/_les_vegetables_ [link] [comments]
