What can I do with green grape/cherry tomatoes?
The cold has just hit where I live and my garden has a bounty of grape and cherry tomatoes in various states of green. I know I can ripen the "pink" ones easily indoors, but I've never had luck ripening the fully green ones before they rot. All the recipes I've seen are for fried green tomatoes, which I can do with my big tomatoes, but I'd love some new suggestions for the bushel of small green tomatoes.
